Install windows and doors. * Perform plastering and painting finishes. Carry out hydraulic and electrical installations according to technical standards. \- Keep the workplace clean and organized. Follow safety regulations and operational procedures during task execution. * Participate in training and qualification programs for technical updates. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed. * Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Elementary school completion; * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
