We are looking for people who truly enjoy working, who are self-responsible, good-humored, proactive, and highly motivated to grow alongside the company. **JOB \| WORKPLACE SAFETY ASSISTANT** **Function Mission** Support Zabaleta’s Occupational Safety team in promoting a safe, organized, and preventive environment at construction sites and other company units, contributing to strengthening the safety culture. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the Occupational Safety team in routine risk prevention and control activities. * Assist in conducting inspections at construction sites and work fronts. * Support the organization and management of safety documents and records. * Assist in preparing and delivering safety training and onboarding sessions. * Monitor safety guidelines with construction teams. * Support incident and occurrence investigation and documentation. * Contribute to maintaining organized and safe workplaces. **Requirements** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety (completed or in progress). * Prior experience or exposure to construction sites or civil engineering projects is desirable. * Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and responsible. **Expected Competencies** **Behavioral** Proactivity Organization Strong communication Attention to detail **Organizational** Self-responsibility Partnership Quality Honesty Growth mindset Humility **What We Offer** Market-competitive remuneration Team recognized as GPTW Collaborative, light-hearted, and results-oriented environment Ongoing development programs Real opportunities for professional growth and development
