




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting the Site Manager in decision-making, monitoring project progress, and recording activities. Key Highlights: 1. With an extensive portfolio of completed projects, Diefra provides operational and technological support to public and private companies across Brazil. **Join our team!** **This professional will be responsible for:** * Supporting the Site Manager in decision-making by presenting the construction schedule, project progress, and construction advances in the Integrated Master Schedule (MS Project software); * Monitoring and recording activities and execution sequences, issuing daily construction reports, checklists, and safety inspections, with data entered into the management system; * Assisting in updates to the Master Schedule and attack plans, proposing new strategies compatible with field execution to meet construction schedule milestones; * Monitoring and validating the issuance of measurements, maintaining a record of scheduled payments; * Monitoring, recording, and intervening in construction execution activities that are non-compliant (e.g., soil investigations, site installations, civil works, electromechanical and electrical works, commissioning, and handover), immediately reporting any anomalies to the Site Manager; * Compiling field data, organizing information, and developing and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports. **Requirements:** * Technical education in building construction, mechanical engineering, or electrotechnology; * Proven experience in civil, electromechanical, and electrical activities at energized substations within the National Interconnected System (SIN); * Availability to work on Saturdays; * Residence in Porto Alegre or Gravataí \- RS; * Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Wellhub; * Cost-of-living allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Meal voucher. **Are you in?** **An amazing team is waiting for you \=)**
