Your mission includes grain analysis, identification, and classification to guarantee compliance with requirements necessary for commercialization.  **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform sampling, collecting representative samples for quality analysis; * Operate classification equipment and use instruments such as calibrators, dividers, scales, among others, to perform proper classification; * Determine grain quality by evaluating characteristics including moisture content, impurities, size, color, and presence of damage; * Classify grains by identifying them according to official standards (group, class, and type), defining their quality and suitability for various purposes; * Ensure standardization, guaranteeing grain uniformity and compliance with market quality standards; * Monitor grain receipt and identification, verifying origin and type of received grains; * Record data and issue quality certification reports; * Authorize unloading and monitor dispatch, ensuring grains are properly released and dispatched in accordance with established procedures and standards; * Perform cleaning and maintenance activities, keeping equipment and the workplace clean and in good working condition; * Carry out other tasks as required by the operational department, demonstrating proactivity and good interpersonal relations; * Availability for flexible working hours, including willingness to work different shifts as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of grain classification procedures. * Basic Microsoft Office package proficiency. **Additional Information** * Unimed Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Education Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
