Main Responsibilities * Coordinate daily logistics operations; * Lead the operational team, assigning tasks and monitoring results; * Supervise receiving, inspection, warehousing, and shipping processes; * Ensure inventory control and accuracy; * Monitor deadlines, productivity, and departmental KPIs; * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes. Requirements * Prior experience in this role or in logistics leadership positions; * Knowledge of inventory control and goods handling; * Team management skills; * Familiarity with logistics management systems; * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude; * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in distribution centers or transportation companies; * Knowledge of logistics KPIs; * Training in Logistics or Leadership.
