We seek dedicated, organized individuals with strong communication skills for our reception team! Main Responsibilities: * Telephone/intercom service * Suite release and housekeeping requests * Kitchen orders * Check-out and cash control * Organization of the front desk's small inventory ✅ Requirements: * Experience in customer service or reception (preferred) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency with systems and cash-handling routines Salary and Benefits: * R$ 1.830,23 (R$ 2.100,00 after 3 months) + 10% Cash Handling Bonus * Meal voucher: R$ 250,00 (after 3 months) * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy: R$ 250,00 * Life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family Drops Differentiators: Annual Loyalty Program Based on Tenure: * 25% of salary as an extra bonus in July (up to 2 years of employment) * 50% in the 3rd year of employment * 100% starting from the 4th year of employment * For your well-being, we offer life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family.
