Interacts with customers and partners, providing professional service. **Job Overview:** The Collection and Delivery Assistant I at Equinox is responsible for supporting transportation activities of goods, documents, or materials between pickup and delivery points, contributing to the timeliness, safety, and integrity of transported items. **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in collecting and loading materials and goods from suppliers, customers, or company units. * Handle and deliver items safely, verifying product integrity upon delivery. * Operate manual and electric tools for securing, cutting, and finishing parts. * Confirm delivery and pickup information based on invoices, waybills, or other documents. * Properly organize and pack transported items to prevent damage during transit. * Assist in route planning and itinerary scheduling to optimize time and resources. * Maintain and preserve the transport vehicle, reporting repair or maintenance needs. * Ensure courteous and professional service to customers and partners during deliveries. * Maintain records and reports of collection and delivery activities for internal control. * Accompany the driver along routes, providing support during stops and maneuvers as needed. * Support other internal activities when not on route or preparing deliveries. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in similar roles (preferred). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to interact effectively with customers and maintain positive interpersonal relationships. * Availability to work flexible hours, including travel, weekends, and holidays.
