




Job Summary: A professional responsible for serving customers, presenting menus, taking and delivering orders, preparing tables, and assisting with special events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and consultation regarding the menu 2. Preparation and arrangement of dining tables 3. Assistance in planning and setting up special events Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, no fixed day off – 09:00 to 16:40. Service provided at Hotel Sesc Porto Alegre. Present the menu to customers, consult them about their preferences, and make suggestions; Describe dishes and products offered to assist customers in making selections; Take orders accurately, detailing requirements and forwarding them for preparation, as well as verifying them before serving; Handle customer complaints; Serve food and beverages; Chill beverages; Monitor food cooking levels; Prepare dining tables by arranging plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins in proper order; Ensure timely restocking of materials and supplies required for ongoing operations; Collect dishes, cutlery, glasses, trays, and utensils for cleaning; Assist in planning, developing, and setting up special events; Perform other related duties within the scope of work.
