In this opportunity, you will join Yller’s **Procurement** area. Operating innovatively and sustainably for over 10 years, Yller continuously seeks new talents committed to continuous growth and making a difference. **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Manage the full procurement cycle for direct raw materials—from demand identification through negotiation closure and purchase order issuance; * Support and manage CAPEX procurement processes; * Proactively identify suppliers, including contractual negotiation; * Support partner areas from decision-making through delivery follow-up and any subsequent needs; * Establish strategic relationships with suppliers and internal departments; * Support and accompany internal partners in planning, execution, and financial matters; * Prepare competitive bidding processes (RFP/RFQ/RFI); * Identify opportunities for process improvement; * Obtain international freight quotations from freight forwarders, evaluating different transport modes, routes, lead times, and costs to select the optimal logistics solution; * Analyze invoices, packing lists, and other import documentation to ensure fiscal and customs compliance; * Monitor and support customs clearance procedures with customs brokers, ensuring speed and accuracy of information; * Verify and validate Import Declarations (DI), Unified Import Declaration (DUIMP), and other required documentation for customs clearance with the broker; * Issue invoices (import, entry, and adjustments), ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations and internal procedures; * Monitor international shipments, ensuring alignment among suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments. **What do you need to have or know?** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid procurement experience in manufacturing environments; * Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * ERP VIMAN knowledge is a plus; * Intermediate/advanced English for email communication and meetings with international suppliers. **What will you find here?** * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * Nationwide health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Growth opportunities.
