You will not be a task validator, but rather a platform engineer who builds the "paved roads" for all of Azion’s engineering. Your focus will be on automating quality, empowering teams with AI, and ensuring delivery speed does not compromise system reliability. ### **Key Challenges** * Transform complex engineering patterns into CI/CD and IDP automations; * Implement AI usage in daily workflows to scale testing and code reviews; * Reduce deployment time by ensuring automated, resilient quality gates; * Parameterize and configure the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for QA self-service; * Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (E2E, Integration, Performance); * Implement compliance and Git standard auditing via Policy-as-Code; * Create and maintain developer productivity tools (CLI tools, plugins); * Monitor productivity metrics (DORA metrics) and identify pipeline bottlenecks. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Solid Software Engineering experience with a focus on Quality and Automation; * Proficiency in GitOps and continuous delivery tools (ArgoCD, AWX, Ansible); * Strong programming language skills for automation (Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript); * Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Vitest, Cypress, K6, or Playwright; * Mandatory use of Generative AI to optimize development/QA processes. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Backstage or developer portals; * Knowledge of contract testing (Pact) and Compliance/Auditing tools. ### **Benefits & Azion Way of Life** * CLT employment model; * Health and dental insurance; * Flexible VR and VA (Flash Card), including during vacation periods; * Commuter allowance (no payroll deduction); * Annual internal hackathons; * Mobility allowance (additional amount for commuting); * Freestyle (incentive for customizing your workstation); * Stock options (per policy); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Flexible working hours (truly flexible); * Nomad Program: work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year (per policy); * Annual international exchange program. ### **FlexWork Model** We offer a FlexWork model prioritizing cultural integration and collaboration.
