Hiring Type: **PJ****/ME** Monthly Contract Value: **R$ 9\.000,00 to 12\.000,00** **Requirements****:** * Prior professional experience as a **Product Designer** * Knowledge of **User-Centered Design**, **Service Design**, and **Design Thinking** * Practical experience in **user journey mapping**, service flows, and **service blueprints** * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (**Figma preferred**) * Experience in **end-to-end qualitative research**, from planning through analysis and presentation of results * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as **Jira** and **Trello** * Proficiency in tools that accelerate prototype development (**Figma Make**, **Lovable**, or similar) **Nice-to-Haves****:** * Experience in **high-growth companies** * Experience in **AdTech** **Responsibilities****:** * Map and visualize complete user journeys and supporting internal processes using **Service Blueprint**, **User Journey Maps**, and stakeholder analysis * Identify **bottlenecks, pain points, and innovation opportunities** to improve user experience and operational efficiency * Conduct **qualitative research and usability testing** to validate hypotheses and ensure user-centered decisions * Develop design artifacts — **navigation flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI interfaces (UI)** in Figma * Act as a **strategic partner** to Product and Engineering teams, participating in agile ceremonies and advocating for data- and metric-driven design decisions. **Benefits****:** 100% remote work, delivery-based model with mutually agreed availability.
