Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct internal telephone sales to active account customers; * Attend to customers, clarifying inquiries regarding products, delivery timelines, pricing, and commercial terms; * Register and track sales orders in the system; * Support external sales representatives throughout the commercial process; * Monitor order status, deliveries, and any pending issues; * Update customer records and commercial information; * Support post-sales initiatives, aiming to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction; * Maintain organization of commercial information and departmental controls. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in internal sales, telesales, or commercial customer service; * Experience in B2B sales; * Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems; * Experience in the paper, printing, or distribution sector (preferred).
