The candidate will participate in challenging projects delivering solutions related to telecommunications, chatbots, and Artificial Intelligence. Join this story with Supernova! **Job Responsibilities:** Identify target companies that can benefit from telecommunications, AI, and chatbot solutions. Use market intelligence tools, social media, events, and networking to generate new leads. Conduct cold calls, emails, personalized messages, and strategic outreach. Clearly present the value proposition of our solutions, highlighting practical benefits (cost reduction, efficiency gains, customer service automation, improved customer experience). Qualify lead interest and schedule in-person and/or online meetings. Understand client challenges: telecom costs, inefficient customer service, low process automation, system integration issues. Demonstrate how our company resolves these pain points using AI, intelligent chatbots, and customized telecommunications solutions. Build commercial arguments focused on ROI, scalability, and innovation. Develop and deliver demonstrations, success cases, and PoCs (proofs of concept) as needed. Produce attractive commercial proposals aligned with client needs. Negotiate timelines, pricing, and commercial terms. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree. Ability to analyze sales data and metrics (sales funnel, conversion rate, CAC, LTV). Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.). Skill in active prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn social selling). **To stand out in this position, it would be great if you also have:** Experience in B2B sales (preferably in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS). Knowledge of telecommunications solutions (voice, data, integrations).
