Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing, digitizing, and indexing documents, ensuring information quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Handling document consultation requests **W3K is one of Latin America’s leading players contributing to the Paperless culture while simultaneously enhancing corporate governance for large enterprises.** **Since 2011, W3K has been present across multiple markets, supporting Information Governance and scalable business management.** **What you’ll do here:** * Prepare documents for digitization, including removal of metal fasteners and cleaning; * Apply classification plans according to the documentary structure, organizing documents by process (folders or document sets); * Digitize documents, including image quality enhancement; * Determine—based on predefined document characteristics—whether digitization will be performed in color or grayscale, aiming to ensure document content quality; * Enter defined metadata/fields for file indexing into spreadsheets or systems, and register them in an automated system; * Respond to requests for physical document consultation, when such documents are held by W3K for digitization or storage, as needed by client users; * Dispose of documents designated for destruction by sorting and preparing disposal protocols; * Transport documents to be digitized, including collection and delivery. **Preferred Qualifications for this Role:** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills. **Key Information You Should Know:** * Employment Type: Temporary – 90 days; * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Employment Regime: CLT – Santa Cruz do Sul/RS. **Benefits that support you, both at work and beyond:** At W3K, we believe a great workplace begins with caring for people.
