Scheduling strategic meetings for sales executives * Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, and social media channels; * Qualify inbound leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); * Use CRM and sales automation tools to manage the sales pipeline; * Schedule strategic meetings for sales executives; * Stay updated on NORF and Sparz’s solutions to address specific market pain points. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in sales, prospecting, or customer service * Analytical mindset and goal-oriented personality; * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) and prospecting platforms. **WORK SCHEDULE:** On-site in Curitiba-PR (Portão neighborhood).
