




Job Summary: The Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting product inspections, tests, and documentation, identifying nonconformities, and collaborating to continuously improve processes. QUALITY INSPECTOR **What We Expect From You:** Product Inspection: Conduct visual and functional inspections of products or components to verify compliance with quality specifications. Testing and Measurements: Perform tests and measurements using specific equipment to verify quality parameters such as dimensions, strength, functionality, etc. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all inspections and tests performed, documenting results in accordance with company procedures. Identification of Nonconformities: Identify products or components failing to meet quality standards and document such nonconformities; report these issues to the responsible departments. Collaboration on Process Improvement: Work jointly with other departments, such as production and engineering, to identify root causes of nonconformities and assist in implementing corrective actions. Training and Development: Participate in quality-related training and stay updated on best practices in inspection and quality assurance. Adherence to Deadlines: Ensure all inspections and tests are completed within established deadlines to prevent production delays. **Prerequisites:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering or related field, plus formal training as a Quality Inspector; * Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, dynamic, communicative, logical, innovative, agile, disciplined, among others; * Knowledge: Mechanics, metallurgy, quality processes, SAP, and Excel; * Experience: 2 years as a Quality Inspector. * Job Location: São Carlos/SP.
