Job Summary: The Quality Inspector performs inspections, tests, and documentation to ensure product compliance, collaborates on process improvement, and meets deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates with other departments for continuous process improvement QUALITY INSPECTOR **What We Expect From You:** Product Inspection: Perform visual and functional inspections of products or components to verify compliance with quality specifications. Testing and Measurements: Conduct tests and specifications using specialized equipment to verify quality parameters such as dimensions, strength, functionality, among others. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all inspections and tests performed, documenting results in accordance with company procedures. Nonconformance Identification: Identify products or components failing to meet quality standards and document these nonconformances. Report such issues to responsible departments. Process Improvement Collaboration: Work jointly with other departments, such as production and engineering, to identify root causes of nonconformances and assist in implementing corrective actions. Training and Development: Participate in quality-related training and stay updated on best practices in inspection and quality assurance. Deadline Compliance: Ensure all inspections and tests are completed within established timelines to prevent production delays. **Prerequisites:** * Education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related field, plus formal training as a Quality Inspector; * Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, dynamic, communicative, logical, innovative, agile, disciplined, among other competencies; * Knowledge: Mechanical engineering, metallurgy, quality processes, SAP, and Excel; * Experience: 2 years as a Quality Inspector. * Job Location: São Carlos/SP.
