Job Summary: Lead the optimization of factory layout, production flows, and industrial processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and productivity enhancement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in tooling and fixture design 2. Focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing 3. Proficiency in cost management and manufacturing cost reduction **Required Knowledge** \- Tooling and fixture design; \- Industrial layout and production flows; \- Continuous improvement methodologies; \- Introduction of new products and manufacturing processes; \- Factory capacity analysis (machines and labor), time and motion studies, productivity enhancement; \- Lean manufacturing, including knowledge and application of related tools and techniques; \- Knowledge of project management and manufacturing engineering tools, APQP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, technical documentation, work instructions, process sheets; \- Cost management and manufacturing cost reduction; \- Intermediate English (desirable for writing and conversation). **Responsibilities** Lead initiatives for factory layout adaptation and modernization, as well as production flow optimization; Monitor planning deviations and recommend solutions; Implement process and industrial operation improvements based on performance analysis, key indicators, and innovation opportunities.
