Job Summary: Logistics support professional responsible for monitoring deliveries, interfacing with warehouse and sales teams, billing, reissuing invoices, and managing freight, damages, and redeliveries. Description: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in logistics support is desirable; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, plus occasional Saturdays as required. * Provide full support to delivery operations, including daily monitoring of the company-owned fleet via the Performaxxi system and third-party fleets via WhatsApp contact during both shifts (morning and afternoon); * Serve as the liaison with the warehouse to ensure daily replenishments, guiding the checker/operator on loading procedures and license plates to be loaded; * Responsible for billing replenishments and issuing correction letters when necessary; * Reissue sales invoices when required; * Liaise with the sales team regarding delivery information to expedite unloading at customer sites and resolve potential issues; * Handle freight-related processes, including direct communication with carriers, entering CT-es (Transportation Service Receipts) into the GKO system, forwarding them to the tax department, sending shipment lists for CT-e issuance, and contacting carriers' accountants directly when clarification is needed regarding operational requirements; * Contact customers when necessary regarding deliveries; * Responsible for maintaining delivery tracking spreadsheets and freight payment records; * Responsible for monitoring and controlling damages and redeliveries en route until final delivery to the customer. 2512250202491884729
