**STORE MANAGER (OPTICS)** **Job Description:** Requirements: Team leadership, actively coordinating all members with dedication, monitoring work routines according to company standards, and always aiming for three key aspects: Productivity; Profitability; A healthy environment for customers and employees. Follow company guidelines and be prepared to provide productivity data whenever requested. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in candidate evaluations during hiring, apply, recommend, and monitor team training * Strengthen community relationships and promote institutional sales * Stay updated and transfer knowledge to the team regarding various lens technologies, their values, and main differentiators * Prepare, monitor, and follow up on services sent to laboratories * Research, request, and participate in training offered by partner laboratories * Promote motivational initiatives for the team * Ensure an organized work environment * Maintain and care for display units, restock merchandise, and manage inventory * Verify incoming shipments and **Requirements:** Be interested and, if possible, have prior experience. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Shift-based schedule, morning or night. After the pandemic period, work one Sunday per month.
