Network problem resolution The Fiber Optic Operator will be responsible for performing activities related to the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of fiber optic networks, ensuring service quality and proper infrastructure functionality. The role involves field and/or laboratory work, adhering to technical standards and safety procedures. Requirements: Completed high school education; Willingness to travel; CNH – Brazilian National Driver’s License AB; Technical experience in telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures, and diagnostics: ability to identify and resolve network issues such as connectivity failures and weak signals. Moreover, strong communication skills, ethics, approachability, and courtesy toward our customers and colleagues are essential.
