**Join CPFL Group and Boost Your Career!** **LT Maintenance Technician I** Where you will work: Alegrete/RS Work model: On-site Company: CPFL Transmissão – A company of CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Technical diploma in Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering is mandatory; * Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate) is mandatory; * Driver's license category B is mandatory; * Availability for travel is mandatory; **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance activities on transmission lines as specified in the transmission line maintenance plan, in accordance with maintenance engineering instructions, as well as clearing right-of-way vegetation and lateral vegetation that may jeopardize the operational safety of transmission lines. * Perform low-complexity corrective maintenance on transmission lines and substations, as well as carry out switching operations in substations. * Perform medium- and high-complexity corrective maintenance on transmission lines and substations under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Conduct inspections on transmission lines and record any anomalies identified. * Supervise maintenance services, construction works, and improvements on transmission lines and right-of-way areas performed by third-party companies; also monitor, assist, and supervise commissioning of transmission lines and right-of-way areas for new projects, reinforcements, and upgrades, under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Prepare technical reports documenting failures and defects, under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. * Perform maintenance on energized transmission lines and substations using live-line methods — contact, distance, or potential — under the guidance of a Level III Technician or responsible Engineer. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Childcare allowance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Gympass; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn a bit about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid, the world’s largest electric power company, reinforcing our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
