Infrastructure Analyst

Description

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure professional for on-site work in Porto Alegre. The candidate will strengthen and maintain our technological infrastructure, possessing technology knowledge, mastery of various systems, and interest in contributing to a dynamic, technical, and challenging environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the secure and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure (hardware and software); * Manage tickets and requests related to the area; * Configure and maintain digital communication platforms (intranet, emails, etc.); * Perform data backup and recovery routines; * Administer TCP/IP networks, domain controllers (AD), and virtualized environments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; * Professional experience in the role; * Availability for on-site work in Porto Alegre. **Desired Skills:** * Experience with Veeam Backup; * Administration and configuration of Fortinet firewalls; * Management of Microsoft Hyper\-V and VMWare virtualization platforms; * Administration of Ubiquiti equipment; * Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux; * Administration of Microsoft 365 environment; * Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana and Zabbix); * Management of Sophos antivirus. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
