Job Summary: An Accounting Analyst will perform accounting entries, reconciliations, closings, and analyses, generate reports, and provide technical support to clients and the team. Technical support to the team and client service A Human Resources Consulting firm seeks an Accounting Analyst in Porto Alegre (Floresta). **Responsibilities:** Will work at an Accounting Office performing the following activities: Perform and review accounting entries and data integrations from tax and payroll modules. Execute asset and income statement accounting reconciliations, ensuring data consistency. Perform accounting imports via spreadsheets or system integrations. Conduct monthly accounting closings for clients under their responsibility. Analyze accounting accounts, identify inconsistencies, and propose adjustments when necessary. Ensure correct classification and accounting of transactions. Generate and analyze accounting reports and financial statements. Support preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE). Validate accounting integration between tax and payroll departments. Perform corresponding reconciliations and necessary adjustments. Serve clients by clarifying accounting- and reporting-related questions. Support the team in resolving technical queries and more complex accounting situations. Contribute to organizing accounting routines and meeting deadlines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and activity standardization. Position located in Porto Alegre / RS. Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Audit Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
