Our purpose drives us forward, and our people are our strength. **Responsibilities and Duties** Technically oversee the company's occupational health program: * Serve as the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) coordinating physician—developing, updating, and monitoring the program; * Be part of the company’s SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety and Medicine), registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Conduct admission, dismissal, and periodic medical examinations; request expert evaluations from the National Institute of Social Security (INSS); attend to employees by performing assessments and defining specific treatments; * Manage occupational health service providers; * Manage the company’s Ergonomics Program; * Implement occupational health initiatives; * Participate in expert evaluations and inspections, and engage in negotiation and mediation processes related to incidents, as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience coordinating the PCMSO; * Registration with CREMERS (Regional Council of Medicine of Rio Grande do Sul) and RQE (Specialty Qualification Registry); * Experience in Occupational Health Management; * Experience managing an Ergonomics Program; * Minimum availability of 15 hours per week. **Additional Information** Minimum weekly working hours: 15 hours, with possible flexibility. #### **A FORCE IN MOTION** #### **The largest Latin American manufacturer of suspension, steering, and braking components for light vehicles.** #### **Our focus is on improving performance by pursuing operational excellence, competitiveness, profitability, and high performance—through safety, quality, improvement, process innovation, supported by an agile and structured methodology.** #### **To achieve these goals—with our customers at the center—our people have developed the Viemar Way of Being, grounded in our strong core values.** #### **We believe our greatest asset is our people.
