Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the execution of production programs, optimizing performance, quality, and costs, as well as managing teams to achieve results. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership, assertive communication, and systemic thinking. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Process Management, or related fields; Experience with electrical harnesses; Knowledge of management software. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring the execution of production programs, analyzing and recommending the development of techniques, equipment, and devices aimed at improving product performance, quality, and costs; Analysis of efficiency and quality data across production lines; Manages production leaders, guiding, training, and enabling them to work more effectively with their respective departmental teams to achieve expected results. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** Leadership – motivate and guide teams.
