FINANCIAL MANAGER / ALVORADA NEIGHBORHOOD AMERICANA **What you will find in this role:** * Lead the supply process and ensure product flow aligns with operational demands; * Adopt a systemic perspective to plan, analyze, and propose improvements to reduce stockouts and optimize inventory; * Coordinate teams to ensure performance, development, and alignment with company objectives; * Collaborate across internal departments to ensure integrated and efficient operations; * Monitor KPIs, workflows, and processes, transforming data into strategic decisions. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Logistics, Administration, or related fields**; * Solid experience in **inventory and supply chain management within supermarket retail**; * Proficiency in **RMS or Concinco** and **WMS** systems; * Advanced Excel (Power BI is a strong differentiator!); * Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving skills; * Leadership and communication skills; * Willingness to work onsite in **Alvorada/RS**. **Ideal Profile:** We seek someone who combines technical expertise and attitude: a leader, communicative, strategically minded, and enthusiastic about dynamic processes.
