




Job Summary: Manages and motivates sales teams, monitors performance, ensures high-quality customer service, and controls store operations while safeguarding the company's image and policies. Store operational and financial management * Manage and motivate sales staff, stock clerks, and assistants to achieve targets and objectives; * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, analyze KPIs, and correct deviations; * Ensure excellent customer service by fostering a welcoming and professional environment; * Control work schedules, days off, working hours, and staff attendance; * Conduct internal training sessions, alignment meetings, and regular feedback with the team; * Support sales staff in negotiations and closing deals when necessary; * Monitor product restocking, showroom display, and overall store organization; * Resolve customer conflicts and handle returns, cancellations, or complaints; * Participate in defining local marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives; * Monitor financial reports, cash flow, expenses, and assist in controlling operational costs; Safeguard the store’s image and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
