




Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Technical Assistance department, ensuring smooth service delivery and effective communication with customers and the team. Process improvement and service order management Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Technical Assistance department, ensuring smooth service delivery, call tracking, document organization, customer communication, and technical team support. Acts as the liaison between customers, the technical team, and other company departments. * Receive, register, and track technical assistance requests (opening and closing of service orders); * Monitor service deadlines and technician response times, ensuring compliance; * Schedule and track technical visits, organizing routes and service schedules; * Maintain direct contact with customers to update service status and confirm appointments; * Prepare service reports, including parts used, technical hours, and associated costs; * Enter information into internal systems (service orders, invoices, checklists); * Support the finance department in service billing, invoice issuance, and payment tracking; * Drive administrative and operational process improvements within technical assistance; * Provide daily support to technical coordination and field team management.
