Carry out activities professionally, aiming for excellence in process management, ensuring the quality of stored grains and optimizing the technical efficiency of operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead and operate the entire grain receiving, storage, and dispatch process; Manage the grain department team and develop work shifts; Determine material flow (hopper/pre\-cleaning/dryer/silo) according to established technical parameters; Ensure equipment cleaning and lubrication, and facility cleaning and sanitation; Perform technical and professional control of grain sample collection; Monitor the quality of stored grains—moisture content, impurities, and damaged grains; Oversee daily activities in accordance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical knowledge of physical characteristics and quality of grains; Technical knowledge of drying and storage of agricultural products. **Additional Information** Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Education Assistance; Life Insurance; Annual Profit Sharing (PLR).
