Serve customers, resolve requests, and guarantee high-quality service. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Analyze internal processes and propose operational improvements. Ensure achievement of established sales targets. Report results, KPIs, and needs to regional management. Register sales in the system. Perform cash register opening, verification, and closing. Previous experience as Store Supervisor, Retail Manager, Store Coordinator, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
