Participation in Events and Company Promotion What you need to become a **PF Commercial Leader** at the fastest-growing company in Southern Brazil *\#VemSerOsir* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Adhere to established work and quality standards within your area; * Prepare and monitor management reports on performance results; * Guide and instruct your workgroup, ensuring clarity of information and alignment of expectations; * Provide advisory support to enhance team skills (development); * Motivate team members to achieve results; * Promote action plans for individual and team improvement; * Identify gaps and adjustments required to improve outcomes; * Participate in events and promotional activities to promote the company; * Manage the team by developing required competencies with a focus on achieving company objectives; * Support the supervisor in people management, including interviews, feedback sessions, warnings, scheduling vacations/leave days, employee terminations, hiring, and other related functions; * Manage the overtime bank; * Receive medical certificates; * Conduct attendance audits and monitor employees’ time clock records; * Receive results from call/customer service audits conducted by the monitoring team, thereby maintaining continuous improvement of the customer service process; * Periodically submit extracted KPIs to the supervisor for tracking; * Perform other duties related to the role, as determined by management and executive leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in Pelotas/RS; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills; * Experience in leadership and team management; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (categories B or AB); * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Benefits and Advantages of Being an OsirLover * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance Plan * Gympass * Institutional plan discount for Osir customers who are also employees * Emotional Support Program: Osir Always by Your Side! * Benefits Club offering discounts at educational institutions, English courses, gyms, dental clinics, and other partner companies Osirnet’s purpose is to spark a smile of satisfaction among those who work here!
