Provide administrative support, assisting the supervisor with routine tasks and financial management control, administration, file organization, reporting, document review, and other related activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in processing orders and invoicing incoming and outgoing product invoices through the company’s system to ensure timely delivery to customers; Assist in issuing Agricultural Prescriptions within the correct and Agriculture Department-approved segments; File incoming and outgoing invoices, duplicate invoices, and stubs, ensuring proper document organization; Register new customers by collecting required data and documentation to expedite billing; Assist in pre-collection and collections activities, contacting customers to prevent potential payment delays and defaults; Send documents to the accounting and finance departments via email or courier, directing them to the appropriate department for necessary processing. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in operating systems, communication skills, agility, commitment, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Education Assistance; Life Insurance; Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
