We currently have an open position for an Accounts Payable Assistant. Please review the job requirements below and join us in making an impact! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Execution of payments to suppliers and taxes. * Analysis and resubmission of rejected payments. * Reporting to management on the progress of critical daily activities. * Monitoring of processes to ensure timely execution, avoidance of penalties/interest, and adherence to company procedures and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience in accounts payable, including payments to suppliers and taxes, bank reconciliation, and analysis of rejections. * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data cross-referencing, pivot tables, creation/usage of macros). * Completed or ongoing undergraduate or technical degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Oracle EBS ERP or another large-scale ERP system. * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
