Description

Job Summary: Professional to lead the production team, ensure goal achievement, promote continuous improvement, and guarantee execution of standardized processes. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of safety solutions and maintenance of improvements. **Description:** Currently pursuing a technical, technological, or undergraduate degree. Industrial production experience is desirable. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and knowledge of the Protheus ERP system. **Essential Knowledge:** Basic mathematical calculations, Cause-and-effect diagram (Ishikawa), Process flowcharts, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Corrective and preventive maintenance strategies, Graph interpretation, Prioritization strategies. Systemic thinking, Clear and assertive communication, Decision-making ability, Results-oriented mindset, Proactivity and accountability, Teamwork, Strong organizational skills. Assign tasks to the team within each production line; Ensure availability of inputs and materials for production at the time they are needed; Promote actions contributing to achieving production line targets and to continuous performance improvement through increased productivity, reduced rework, and waste reduction; Participate in weekly production scheduling validation with PPCP and ensure execution by the production team; Ensure work standards that guarantee correct process execution are documented and that the team is trained for assigned activities; Monitor activity execution within production lines according to standard operating procedures and provide guidance on deviations, if any occur; Daily verification of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) usage and compliance with safety regulations on production lines; Daily verification of documentation present on production lines and process records, such as OPs and OEE, while these are being performed; Request procurement of utensils, furniture, and equipment necessary for production execution; Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance requests and executions on production line equipment; Track customer service complaints (SAC) and non-conformities related to production processes; Lead investigations, generate and implement Action Plans to resolve issues; Support management in implementing safety-related solutions in production areas; Ensure implemented improvements are sustained. 2512170202551922322
