YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; * Identify whether customers are registered users (credential displayed on vehicle rearview mirror), monthly subscribers, or condominium residents; * Verify cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking facilities (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to designated locations (in accordance with parking facility standards); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Maintain constant attention; * Immediately report to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Complete end-of-shift cash register closing report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B; * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic vehicles; * Integration and collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and efficiency; * Customer-oriented mindset.
