We seek a professional to provide administrative support at the branch, ensuring efficient internal processes and high-quality customer service. **Responsibilities:** Customer service at the branch; Issuing sales and transfer invoices; Cash closing and bank reconciliations; Managing accounts payable and receivable workflows; Supporting headquarters in financial, tax, HR, marketing, and infrastructure processes; Organizing and maintaining personnel documentation (time records, vacation records, pay slips, and termination documents); Procurement of office supplies; Overseeing basic branch maintenance (cleaning, organization, and facility upkeep). **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in administrative and/or commercial areas; Knowledge of administrative and financial routines; Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
