Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the gym's facilities, ensuring a clean, pleasant space aligned with company standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures a clean and pleasant environment in the gym. 2. Follows standardized routines and pays attention to details. 3. Maintains cleaning and organizational standards throughout the work shift. Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the gym's facilities, ensuring a clean, pleasant space aligned with company standards. Performs duties following check\-lists, schedules, and operational procedures, including equipment sanitation, cleaning of rooms, restrooms, and common areas, as well as supporting material restocking and enhancing members' experience. We seek an organized, responsible individual with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain consistent cleaning and organizational standards throughout the entire work shift, while adhering to internal policies, safety rules, and proper use of cleaning products. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Clean and maintain gym facilities; * Sanitize equipment, rooms, restrooms, and common areas; * Follow cleaning schedules and check\-lists; * Ensure constant organization of spaces; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies; * Support maintaining the unit’s visual standards and member experience; * Identify needs and report incidents to leadership; * Comply with internal policies, procedures, and company standards. **Expected Competencies and Skills** ----------------------------------- * Strict adherence to check\-lists and routines; * Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation; * Operational organization; * Priority management; * Ability to maintain cleaning standards throughout the entire work shift; * Good communication with team and leadership; * Attention to safety and hygiene regulations; * Proper control and use of cleaning products. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Prior experience in gyms, clinics, condominiums, or cleaning-related roles; * Experience with standardized operational routines; * Comfort working in high-traffic environments.
