Collaborate in a team with attention to detail and quality OPEN POSITION – BAKERY PRODUCTION ASSISTANT Responsibilities: \* Assist in preparing sweets, fillings, and finishing touches \* Support pastry chefs in daily production \* Organize and clean the workspace and utensils \* Sort and prepare ingredients \* Provide general assistance in bakery operations Requirements: \* Experience in pastry or kitchen work \* Agility, organization, and responsibility \* Commitment and ability to work effectively in a team \* Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards Schedule: \* Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM \* Saturday: Rotating shifts Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 Benefits: \* Breakfast and lunch provided on-site \* Transportation allowance with 1% payroll deduction \* Performance-based bonus aligned with company goals and attendance \* Birthday day off Location: Ponto Doce Bakery – Santana Neighborhood Compensation: Starting from R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
