Floor Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to organize and supervise the hotel's housekeeping team, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and standardization of guest rooms and common areas, thereby delivering the best possible guest experience. Key responsibilities: * Supervise room cleaning and corridor cleaning. * Monitor housekeepers' performance. * Inspect rooms released for guests (check\-in). * Manage linens and cleaning supplies. * Ensure compliance with hotel quality standards. * Report maintenance needs. * Support the team in maintaining efficiency during room turnover. Requirements: * Prior experience in hotel housekeeping (team leader or supervisory experience is preferred). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and team leadership abilities. * Flexibility in work hours. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in the hospitality industry. * Knowledge of housekeeping routines and quality standards.
