Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * A professional responsible for carrying out operational activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring full equipment functionality and compliance with PMOC requirements. Will also support technical improvements related to the efficiency and performance of air conditioning systems; * Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning equipment (splits, multis, VRFs, self-contained units, and fancoils), including filter cleaning, coil cleaning, drain pan cleaning, fan cleaning, and general inspections; * Carry out corrective maintenance, performing diagnostics, component replacement, and minor repairs; * Assist in organizing, updating, and recording the PMOC, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities; * Support technical improvements to facilities by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, thermal comfort, and reduced failures; * Conduct operational checks and basic measurements (current, voltage, pressure, temperature, airflow), reporting anomalies; * Maintain organization of tools, materials, and work areas; * Act proactively by monitoring operating conditions and reporting risks or maintenance needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Refrigeration; * Basic knowledge of HVAC maintenance and PMOC; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions; * 1–2 years of experience in air conditioning maintenance; * Basic understanding of electrical systems applied to refrigeration; * Experience with preventive maintenance in large-scale HVAC installations; * An active, organized professional with sound judgment regarding priorities; * Proactive in identifying improvements and anomalies; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work well in a team. **Additional Information** Medical and dental assistance, life insurance, private pension plan, profit-sharing program, growth opportunities, etc. RBS is made up of people.
