Work includes on-site, telephone, email, and Help Desk system support; logging incidents and updating documentation. Perform hardware, software, and system testing and evaluation. Computer maintenance. Router and modem configuration. Installation and maintenance of network assets. Diagnosis and resolution of commercial automation equipment issues. Previous roles such as Support Analyst, Support Technician, Technical Support Assistant, or Support Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
