Technical Knowledge * Production Planning and Control (PPC); * Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): productivity, efficiency, scrap, rework; * Familiarity with: * Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen; * Quality (ISO standards, good practices, standardization); * Occupational safety; * Intermediate computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).
