We seek an organized and proactive professional to support the marketing team in **managing network demands, organizing processes, and supporting institutional initiatives**. \_ **Main Responsibilities:**\_ * Daily communication with franchisees and internal team (WhatsApp, e\-mail, and platforms). * Organizing and assigning demands to the creative team. * Supporting the organization of trainings, events, and internal initiatives. * Managing promotional items and welcome kits. * Internal communications for announcements, internal campaigns, and institutional content. * Franchisee onboarding journey. * Organizing monthly requests for the Anjos Solidário project. \_ **Requirements:**\_ * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Process organization and control capabilities. * Proficiency with spreadsheets and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.723,11 \- R$2\.925,46 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
