Clarification of questions regarding the company's internal systems. Registration and tracking of support tickets in the support system. Handling multiple concurrent service requests. Compliance with SLAs according to the support team’s guidelines. Preliminary problem analysis and escalation to second-level support. Participation in weekly internal meetings and training sessions **Requirements:** Education level as specified in the description; prior experience preferred. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00\.
