We are looking for an Information Technology professional to provide technical and operational support across Leve Saúde’s outpatient units. This person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure—directly contributing to the quality of patient care and clinical team efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users in outpatient units (physicians, nurses, receptionists, etc.); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (computers, printers, routers, etc.); * Ensure the functionality of local networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems (e.g., electronic medical records and appointment scheduling systems); * Support the implementation of new technologies and tools across units; * Monitor and report incidents, proposing solutions and improvements; * Ensure information security and compliance with company IT policies; * Train users on best practices for using systems and tools. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support and IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of networking, hardware, Windows operating systems, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
