Asset inventory control and backup routines. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Support the execution of Information Technology activities and projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of the area; * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, registering, classifying, and prioritizing tickets according to criticality and SLA using a management tool (GLPI); * Perform maintenance, configuration, and updates of workstations, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and software, including security patch deployment; * Assist in access and permission administration, following information security guidelines; * Support network, infrastructure, and system monitoring activities (e.g., Wazuh, Zabbix); * Control IT asset and supply inventory, performing registration, movement tracking, equipment maintenance status monitoring, and stock organization; * Issue technical reports, prepare packaging, and arrange shipment of equipment for external maintenance; * Monitor video surveillance systems, conducting periodic checks and identifying potential failures; * Execute backup routines and support service continuity assurance; * Guide employees on IT best practices and internal security policies. *We seek a proactive, committed individual passionate about technology, with basic knowledge in networking, operating systems, information security, hardware maintenance, cloud services, and incident handling.
