




Job Summary: Provide support to the IT department, assisting with infrastructure security, end-user support, and application and system management to ensure business continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in IT ticket management 2. Support application and user management 3. Assist in IT infrastructure and peripheral quotation Provide support to the IT department regarding infrastructure security applications and end-user support, ensuring smooth execution of related activities. 1. Assist in GLPI ticket management – Via the internal GLPI website, review requests submitted by users through the platform and escalate tickets to technicians based on subject matter and priority order, daily. 2. Assist in creating/updating users in the following applications: Windows Server 2019, GLPI, Email, Dealernet, Dynamo CRM, and E-portal Daf; perform user registration directly within these applications upon request from the IT Manager via internal tickets. 3. Assist the IT Consultant in managing the TI Express Dashboard application, verifying Windows updates, remote access, and antivirus status across computers via the application itself—either when alerts appear within the applications or upon request from the IT Manager. 4. Assist the IT Consultant and IT Manager in managing infrastructure, including printer installation, monitor replacement, and computer replacement, as requested for on-site support. 5. Assist in obtaining quotations for computer peripherals, security systems (cameras), and printers upon request from the IT Manager by contacting suppliers via email, phone, or WhatsApp, collecting quotations, forwarding them to management, and proceeding with purchase after approval. 6. Manage updates and installations of the Davie 4 diagnostic application for trucks, both locally and remotely for branches—when available from the manufacturer, upon request from the IT Manager, or when necessary, reinstall Windows on computers. 7. Assist in managing Microsoft licensing via the Microsoft portal and web-based application to maintain license control, monitor quantities, and prepare for potential Microsoft audits. 8. Assist in managing the company’s camera surveillance system via its dedicated application and maintenance—either by coordinating with service providers or performing on-site maintenance through the network-connected camera system—to monitor or retrieve images as required. 9. Assist in managing fixed-line telephony and internet contracts across all locations by contacting providers via phone to request quotations after assessing the number of telephone lines and data traffic volume required. 10. Configure and create new user accounts on computers for new employees according to individual requirements, whenever new equipment or users are added.
