Flexibility is one of our hallmarks: we operate across various team models and formats while maintaining our light, collaborative, and integrated culture — ensuring equitable opportunities in an environment where everyone feels safe and heard. **Your Responsibilities:** * First-level support for employees via tickets, email, in-person assistance, or corporate chat; * Registration, categorization, and prioritization of incidents in the service desk tool; * Execution of basic technical procedures, including software installation and configuration, system updates, and support for corporate tools; * Device support for notebooks, desktops, peripherals, printers, and network connections; * End-to-end incident lifecycle management, ensuring user follow-up and escalation to Level 2/Level 3 when necessary; * Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, spreadsheet completion, and administrative routine support; * Coordination with vendors, as needed, for maintenance, license management, or equipment procurement; * Support for internal infrastructure activities and IT asset inventory. **What We’re Looking For:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Technical or Higher Education program in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems; * Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, IP, Wi-Fi) and hardware support; * Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks; * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests; * Proactivity in seeking solutions and resilience in performing recurring tasks. **Bonus Points If You Have:** * Prior experience in technical support, service desk, or help desk roles; * Knowledge of tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and ticketing systems; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading or communicating with vendors/users. **Where You’ll Work:** * This is an on-site position at our office in Porto Alegre. **Employment Type:** * Internship **What We Offer:** * **Internship stipend of R$1\.200** * ️ **Meal/Voucher allowance of R$35.00 per day** * **Transportation allowance** * + ️ **Zenklub** for mental health care ️‍* ️ **Wellhub** for physical health care * **Discounts at educational institutions** * **Life insurance** * **On-site work at our Porto Alegre office (6 hours per day, Monday through Friday)** **Whether in your personal or professional life, Zallpy cares about your growth and well-being!
