Employee support and preparation of HR reports **Box Distribuidor is seeking a professional to work as an HR Analyst** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields * Experience with Personnel Department and HR routines * Knowledge of time tracking control, payroll, benefits, and HR metrics * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel **Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee electronic time tracking systems, ensuring accurate working hour calculation * Record and manage medical certificates and other types of leave, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies * Review payroll data, validating information on working hours, benefits, deductions, and other payroll events prior to processing * Administer company-provided benefits, including enrollments, cancellations, database updates, and employee assistance * Collect, consolidate, and monitor HR metrics, preparing reports to support decision-making and continuous process improvement * Provide employee support regarding questions related to Personnel Department and HR processes * Support administrative tasks within the department, ensuring organization, deadline compliance, and adherence to internal regulations **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge or experience in Training and Development (T\&D), including support in organizing, monitoring, and recording training sessions * Experience with HR management systems and electronic time tracking systems **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Gympass * Daycare assistance for female employees **Location:** Santa Cruz do Sul/RS Job Type: Full-time, CLT employment contract Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
